PureHD and Guest-Tek Litigation Settled With No Market Restrictions

Guest Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd., PureHD Ltd., SolutionInc and Thomas Pullen have reached a private agreement to resolve their lawsuit and all of the claims and counterclaims asserted in the litigation. The terms and conditions of the settlement shall remain confidential amongst the parties. None of the parties have any commercial restrictions to pursue any business in their respective marketplaces.
